Nicholas S. Pradaxay is an Associate in Ellis George’s New York office.
Nick’s substantive practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and he has litigated matters across the country spanning a wide array of practice areas, including class action defense, contractual disputes, labor and employment, business dissolution, stockholder derivative suits, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, premises liability, commercial real estate, foreclosure, secured transactions, mass tort liability, insurance coverage, and corporate malfeasance matters.
Prior to joining Ellis George, Nick was a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, an insurance coverage litigation attorney for an international law firm based in London, and a commercial litigation attorney for a national law firm.
Nick earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2018 where he was he was a Business Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, an extern for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and a teaching assistant fellow for the Rutgers Legal Writing program and the Minority Student Program.
Outside of his practice at Ellis George, Nick is also involved with the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement.
