Partners Jason Kelly’s and Carl Alan Roth’s column, “Supreme Court Asked to Decide Application of Antitrust Immunity to Independent Contractors” was published this week in the Daily Journal’s Antitrust issue. In this column, Kelly and Roth describe the recently filed request to address whether the law’s statutory labor exemption applies to independent contractors and what can be expected after the Court’s decision.
