Ellis George today filed a lawsuit on behalf of Ragnarok Game, the publisher of Rune II, against game developers Human Head Studios, Christopher Rhinehart, Ben Gokey, and Paul MacArthur. The complaint, filed in the Superior Court for the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, alleges that the defendants engaged in a fraudulent scheme to abandon and then harm the commercialization of the Rune II game.
