SAN FRANCISCO – Business litigation firm Ellis George LLP has opened its San Francisco office. Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Northern California, Joe Russoniello, will launch the office, along with attorneys Andrew August and Kevin Rooney. Collectively, they bring more than 75 years of business trial experience to Ellis George.

A veteran litigator, Mr. Russoniello previously served as senior counsel to Cooley Godward Kronish. Prior to joining Ellis George, Mr. August was co-founder and co-managing partner of Pinnacle Law Group focusing on complex business and real estate litigation, including trials and appeals. Mr. Rooney was also with Pinnacle Law Group specializing in commercial and business litigation.
