The Court of Appeal issued an opinion reversing a $2.5 million sanctions award against the firm’s client, the City of Los Angeles, and remanding for further proceedings.
We are gratified that the appellate court issued so comprehensive an opinion, and upheld the City’s position that the trial court’s order was erroneous.
