Ellis George attorneys Keith J. Wesley, Christopher W. Arledge, Matthew L. Venezia, and Anthony T. Lombardo secured a full dismissal of claims against their client, Willow Health Services, Inc., a telehealth platform that markets and sells GLP-1 products to consumers. Eli Lilly and Company sued Willow in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, claiming that Willow misled consumers regarding the safety and personalization of its GLP-1 products. The Court dismissed the suit, which sought a nationwide injunction and damages, with prejudice.
