Priscilla Szeto is Senior Counsel with Ellis George LLP and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class action and high stakes business disputes. Priscilla has significant experience litigating in state and federal courts, and has obtained early dismissals for clients through dispositive motion practice and creative problem-solving.
Priscilla has represented technology companies, automotive manufacturers, top universities, major financial institutions, and corporate clients from a wide range of industries—including energy, pharmaceutical, personal care, fast food, and food packaging—in pre-litigation conflicts and commercial litigation involving consumer protection, antitrust, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, fraud, labor and employment, unfair competition, and other statutory violation claims. She has successfully obtained complete dismissals in the pleadings and summary judgment stages, negotiated stringent protections in high profile matters, and was the lead, case managing associate in a six-week trial that resulted in a full defense verdict and recovery of costs for a multinational corporate client. Prior to joining Ellis George LLP, Priscilla was a commercial litigator in the Los Angeles office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP.
