Elizabeth J. Carpenter represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including breach of contract, products liability, and high stakes business disputes. She is passionate about representing her client’s interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and propel favorable resolutions to complex legal matters. Elizabeth has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a wide variety of circumstances, including pre-litigation conflict resolution, mediation, and trial. She has a proven record of success in achieving case dismissals, advantageous settlements, and favorable verdicts.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a commercial litigator in the Los Angeles office of Cozen O’Connor. Before joining Cozen O’Connor, she was a partner at a national firm, where she managed a caseload of complex tort litigation and employment law matters, served as second-chair on numerous jury trials, and supervised several associate-level attorneys. Before that, she litigated child abuse and neglect cases as a first-chair in the Kings County Family Court on behalf of the City of New York.
