David D. Kim is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Ellis George LLP. Mr. Kim’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigations in federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations. Mr. Kim has litigated a wide range of cases centering on issues of contract, business torts, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and false advertisement.
Mr. Kim received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as a Senior Content Editor for the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Mr. Kim received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kim worked as an engineering consultant advising clients on their manufacturing processes and environmental regulatory compliance issues.
