Ben Kussman has represented large businesses and Fortune 500 companies in all types of civil litigation, including intellectual property, real estate, employment, securities, and complex commercial disputes. Ben also co-founded and served as general counsel to a blockchain start-up company. Prior to joining the firm, Ben practiced at two Vault 100 law firms and a highly respected litigation boutique.
Ben graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and a recipient of the 2012 Distinguished Member Award. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in U.S. History. He has been selected to the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2021.
