Andrew W. Gust is an Associate in the New York City office of Ellis George LLP. In his practice, Mr. Gust guides clients through complex commercial matters involving disputes related to claims for, among others, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and fraud. His representation has ranged from single individuals to international, publicly-traded companies, and he has litigated these matters in state and federal courts and, also, in arbitration hearings.
Mr. Gust received a B.S. from the University of Oregon and graduated cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. While Mr. Gust was in law school, he obtained a Rule 711 license to represent clients as a member of the Bluhm Legal Clinic, he clerked for the Chief Justice of the Illinois Court of Claims, and he spent a semester working in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York on organized crime matters.
Mr. Gust is admitted to the State Bar of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gust was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Manhattan.
