Alison Boaz is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Ellis George LLP.
Alison has represented public and private companies and executives in complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court. Her practice has included startup litigation and contract disputes, federal securities, antitrust and unfair competition, class action defense, and other business disputes.
While attending law school at the University of California, Los Angeles, Alison served as the editor-in-chief of the Criminal Justice Law Review. Alison began her legal career at Latham & Watkins where she served as counsel to companies facing regulatory investigations and related lawsuits.
