Edward M. Lee is an Associate in the New York office of Ellis George.
Edward is a commercial litigator with substantial experience representing clients in complex civil litigation, employment matters, and internal and regulatory investigations. He has appeared in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitral forums, including JAMS, AAA and FINRA. His representations have included multinational corporations, major financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals across a range of industries. Edward has managed all phases of litigation, from case strategy, discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeals.
Prior to joining Ellis George, Edward practiced at a leading litigation boutique in New York. Edward began his career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
Edward earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
