Selected Representations:

- Represented a client in a costly post-judgment bond pending appeal in a major real estate litigation case and successfully protected the client’s assets.
- Successfully defended on all counts a motion for summary judgment, keeping a case alive in which the firm’s client could realistically win an eight-figure verdict on a breach of consulting contract and fraud claim.
- Researched, shaped, and drafted arguments and briefs in two copyright cases pending before the Ninth Circuit, each of which could significantly impact legal precedent related to internet-based infringements.
