Ellis George today expanded its lawsuit on behalf of Ragnarok Game, the publisher of Rune II, and ESDFOS, the publisher of Oblivion Song. After uncovering new facts in discovery, Ellis George added Zenimax Media Inc., Bethesda Softworks LLC, and Roundhouse Studios LLC as codefendants for the role they played in sabotaging Rune II and Oblivion Song.
