Eric M. George, is a nationally-recognized attorney – as a counselor, civil litigator, and trial lawyer.
His practice spans a broad array of complex and often high-profile disputes before federal and state trial courts through the country. Eric also has extensive appellate experience, including oral arguments before the California Supreme Court and several federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as Counsel to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee (1999 through 2000); as Deputy Legal Affairs Secretary to Gov. Pete Wilson (1997 through 1999); and as a law clerk for federal Judge D. Lowell Jensen of the Northern District of California (1993 through 1994).
Eric was recently honored as one of seventeen “Distinguished Counsel” in California by the Daily Journal, and has been featured regularly as a California Top 100 Attorney, as a Southern California “Super Lawyer,” as a “Top 100 Power Lawyer” by the Hollywood Reporter, and as one of the “500 Leading Lawyers in America” by Lawdragon.
Eric is a fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers and a Chambers-rated attorney; has served on federal and state judicial selection committees; and has been a member of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Advisory Committee.
