Eric M. George, is a nationally-recognized attorney – as a counselor, civil litigator, and trial lawyer.
His practice spans a broad array of complex and often high-profile disputes. Eric also has extensive appellate experience, including oral arguments before the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the California Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric served as Counsel to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee (1999 through 2000); as Deputy Legal Affairs Secretary to Gov. Pete Wilson (1997 through 1999); and as a law clerk for federal Judge D. Lowell Jensen of the Northern District of California (1993 through 1994).
Eric has been profiled on various occasions, featured regularly as a California Top 100 Attorney by the Daily Journal, and as a Southern California “Super Lawyer.” He has also been named as one of the “Top 100 Power Lawyers” by the Hollywood Reporter, and as one of the “500 Leading Lawyers in America” and “500 Leading Litigators in America” by Lawdragon.

Eric is a fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers and a Chambers-rated attorney; has served on federal and state judicial selection committees; and is a member of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Advisory Committee.
He and his partners annually co-author updates for the practice book California Business Litigation, published by the California Continuing Education of the bar.
